We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, however everything was perfect. The location was magnificent and ideal, for example, City Hall was relatively close to the hotel.

Chic hotel in an extremely comfortable area, the staff were efficient. The restaurant was excellent with farm fresh food and room service, I tried freshly cooked dishes. The location of this venue in the heart of New Haven was particularly good. Moreover, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from North Church.

The hotel was wonderful, with a fresh and modern design which is hard to find in New Haven.
Everything was great except the service at the bar and the restaurant in the evening and the morning. It was the worst service I have ever had - had to get up 4 times to find a waiter at the bar, and all our orders at breakfast came wrong, with one order arriving 15 mn after the rest...

Design, light, the feel of the place, the friendly staff, the great vibe...great place..congrats
nothing...(oh..wait...the darned alarm clock work me at 5:01am..likely set by the previous guest)...that's it...possibly one of the 5 best hotels I've stayed in...loved it. (was in the Hudson in NYC the night before and felt much less great about that..)

I was really impressed by the amazing views of Yale and the intimate, chic design of the spaces. The kale salad at the restaurant was to die for! The room felt vibrant, even if it differed slightly in photos. I would definitely return!

The view of Yale from the hotel rooms is stunning, and the proximity to the Yale campus is great.
The bed was less comfortable than other hotel beds I have slept in recently.

The rooms were fresh and uncluttered. I loved the pencils in the pencil holder and the invitation to sit at the desk, look out onto the street and doodling with the soft lead pencils. Great beds, shower, light colors. Loved the ipod dock.
The equipment in the gym was tempermental. The touch pads didn't always work. Then they did. A small problem.
